Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Healthy Snack Recipe Ingredients
  • 1 can chick peas drained
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 1 t fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 large or 2 small roasted red bell peppers, from jar is okay
  • 2 tbsp tahini paste
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Healthy Snack Recipe Instructions
Add all of the ingredients, except olive oil to the bowl of a food processor. Process for 30-45 seconds. Continue processing while you stream in the olive oil. Process for another 30 seconds. Serve with pita chips.
