  • Fresh kale, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • Olive oil
  • Coarse sea salt
Healthy snack recipe Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Wash kale and dry thoroughly. Spread kale on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spritz kale lightly with olive oil and toss. Bake for about 12 minutes, or until kale is very crispy. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy it with friends !
